Reading Test by Udder Buffoonery

This a really cool Reading Test where all the letters in every word are mixed up except for the first and last letter of each word, yet it is extremely easy to read the test. The Reading Test explains why the human mind can read the words so easily although at a quick glance it look like complete garbage.
